You can start the process inside the app or send a request from the email connected to your account.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open your account area, then choose Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If the control is not visible in your current app version, use the email route.
Email us from the address connected to your Greenfee365 account. This helps us verify that the request belongs to you.
We process the verified request and confirm when it has been completed.
Booking, payment, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claim records can be retained where law requires or permits it.
Contact Support separately if an upcoming booking also needs attention.
